          End of Day Report 
            End -of-Day report gives details of patient activity during the day. For each patient with an appointment, the report lists the appointment time, physician, charges billed, collection made and the next appointment. | 
        
        
          Production Report 
            Production report gives summary and detailed information on revenue booked per physician. This report is handy if your physicians are paid on a production basis. The report gives billed amount, payment posted from insurance and patient and adjustments in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual format.   | 
        
        
          Collection Report 
            Collection report helps the frontdesk tally cash-in-hand with the cash recorded in alloFactor. This report can be run daily, weekly or monthly and breaks down the collection by user and by cash/check/creditcard. | 
        
        
          Printing deposit slips 
            Printing a deposit slip gives you a consolidated view of money collected by frontdesk and posted by billing staff. A deposit slip helps you easily tally the cash and check on hand with what you are ready to deposit in the bank on each day, week or monthly basis. | 
        
        
          No show report 
            No show reports lists patients that did not come in for the visit in a specific date range. The list has patient  
            name, appointment time, phone number and is a useful tool to buildup patient volume by proactively rescheduling their appointments. | 
        
        
          Aging Report 
            Choose from different aging reports to analyze provider, insurance, patient aging. Aging reports help you prioritize accounts or payers with high outstanding balances.
