Administration module helps office manager manage and customize various clinic settings. Customize and add your own CPTs and ICDs codes and fee schedules. Add multiple locations and providers. Setup your own rules to prevent erroneous claims from being submitted to payers.

Manage users
Add more users to your clinic as you grow. You can also edit or inactivate users. Assign roles to user based on privileges necessary for each type of user.

Subscribe to optional services
Add or delete more services based on your individual clinics needs. You can subscribe our growing list or optional electronic transactions, non-electronic transactions or services.

Manage Payers
Setup a new payer as electronic or paper insurance company. If electronic, map it to a corresponding electronic payer from among the 2000+ payers available through alloFactor. Setup default values for each payer based on whether you are enrolled as a group or as individual.

Setting Fee Schedules
As an administrator you can customize fee schedules for each CPT. You can easily set up different billed amount, allowed amount for each payers to help identify underpayment and to calculate patient co-insurance.

Manage permissions
alloFactor uses role based access control - which means you categorize your users into groups and then assign permissions to each group to help manage them easily. You can choose to use the default permission for each group or alter to a fine grained level to suit individual practices need.

Customize CPT & fee schedules
alloFactor comes with a full list of diagnosis and procedure codes which are updated on an ongoing basis. You can also add them to your list of frequently used CPT and ICD codes and customize codes and descriptions to suit your clinic. You can set up default fees for each CPT and add separate fees for different payers. At the time of billing appropriate price will be pulled based on the payer.

Setup explosion codes
Ease entry of CPT codes that are often grouped together using explosion codes. You can setup number of units, order of CPTs and any modifiers for each CPT in the explosion code.

Manage Providers
Add providers in your clinic and set up their default values including NPI and PIN numbers to automate billing. Referring physicians can be marked and managed separately.

Setup error codes
Setup error codes for typical payer denials and associated actions to ease EOB entry.
