Tasks module enables intra-office and physician to staff communication. Front-desk can capture scanned documents such as lab reports, refill requests and assign them to providers for their review. In turn refill and patient communication tasks assigned by provider will appear as tasks to assigned staff.

Task management
alloFactor helps you manage your to-dos in an organized fashion. Users can create tasks and assign them as reminder to themselves along with start time, end time and reminders. If the task involves a patient related activity such refill, patient call or lab result, then user can associate patient record to the task. Task can be set to different statuses and can be sorted and filtered to prioritize them.

Intra office communication
Tasks can also be created and assigned to another user. The note section facilitates structured communication between front-desk, back-office, nurses and physicians whether are location in the same room or across locations. Tasks assigned to another user shows up instantly on their desktop. Tasks can be reassigned or returned back to the originator.
