Calendar Views
You can view the calendar in daily, weekly, and monthly formats. You can also choose to customize view by physician or view all physicians across locations on same screens. You can further customize color-codes and appointment times.

Appointment types
User can just as easily create a single appointment or a recurring series of appointments. If user edits or make changes the changes instantly reflect on all individual appointments in the series. At the same time, a check-in or a cancellation only affect the individual appointment.

Easy appointment management
Scheduling appointments is fast - basic appointment creation involves just searching for patient and entering reason for visit. Optional fields such as referring provider & notes let you add data based on the specific appointment. Setting up recurring appointments is a snap using powerful recurrence screen. See all past and future appointments of a patient in a single tab. Easily cancel, delete or postpone any appointment from this tab.

Rapid Registration and Check-in
New patient registration is a snap by entering all demographic and insurance information in a single screen. Information necessary to check-in your patients is aggregated into a single screen. Check in tab displays the appointment, demographic and insurance details for quick verification before checking in the patient.

Increase upfront collection
Patient balance and co-pay are consolidated and displayed on front-desk screen and encounter form to help increase patient collection at the time of visit. This reduces the cost of balance billing and saves back office billing team time to focus on non-paying accounts only. alloFactor automatically calculates co-insurance based on the procedures selected. Set up separate fee schedules for cash patients to aid in collecting full payment at the time of the visit.

Day sheets are custom built to give front-desk access to all critical information such as co-pay due, deductible, balance due and phone number for quick reference. Calendar formats can be printed in daily, weekly or monthly formats.

Printing Encounter Forms
Your staff can print super-bills at the time of check-in or you can batch print fee tickets for an entire day. Select an encounter form from a set of predefined template based on your specialty. Or select a format and customize them to your specific practice needs including adding specific values that need to printed on the super-bill. Assign different encounter form formats for different provider or procedures.

Rapid Check-out
All data necessary for checking out a patient is consolidated into the Check-out tab - data fields allow the user to quickly enter diagnosis codes, procedures codes, and enter payments. You can find the diagnosis and CPT codes at the tap of a button. Customizable explosion codes help bundle CPT codes that are commonly used together such as lab panels or procedures and expand upon entering that single code. Reuse diagnosis and procedure codes from previous visit with a single click.

Customizable patient receipts
As a part of the checkout staff can print a patient receipt for the payment entered. While a default format for the patient receipt is included, it is completely customizable to meet your practices formatting needs.
