2: The dictation automatically gets assigned to appropriate work-pool.

3: MTs pull next dictation from the work pool assigned to them.

4: MT uses iTrans-NG Workbench & included tools to transcribe the report.

5: After transcription, the files can be directly released to physician end-user. Optionally MT can release the file for QC or QA.

6: The released report is downloaded onto physician desktop and optionally printed to his printer. The report can optionally also be delivered alloFactor EMR in pending review queue.

7: Physician can make edits, approve, e-sign, print and/or fax reports.
