| Onetime Setup 1. Download and setup alloFactor if you have not already done so. Start marking appointments immediately. 2. Login as admin and choose reminder call option for the clinic. 3. Next goto administration module to enable the providers and customize any settings. 4. Our staff will record your greeting using your clinic and provider names. Your calls will start within 24 hours of signing up.

| Ongoing 1. Reminder system reads the appointment details from your calendar. 2. It makes outbound calls to patient and delivers the message. If answering machines answers, a voicemail is delivered. 3. Patient enters an option to confirm, postpone or cancel the appointment. 4. Response is recorded and is instantly available directly through your calendar.
