Setup
1. Download and setup alloFactor if you have not already done so. You can start using alloFactor Calendar & Claims module immediately.
2. Login as admin and choose Statement mailing option for the clinic.
Statement mailing
1. On 30th of each month alloFactor automatically generates statements on accounts with a balance.
2. The statements are printed and mailed along with a return envelope
3. Patient mails you a check to process
4. Online report shows list of processed statements for each month
