A: Yes, after installation, you will internet connection using a local Wi-Fi network or your carrier's wireless network.

Q: How secure is iPhone Companion?
A: All data is encrypted during transmission. The same clinic id, username and password requirements apply here.

Q: Why am I automatically timed out?
A: iPhone Companion has an automatic time out of 24 hours.

Q: How fast is iPhone Companion?
A: Speed on iPhone Companion depends on the speed of your connection. If you are on a Wi-Fi, you will be able to access data at broadband speeds; typically less than 3 seconds. If you are on 3G network, you will get near broadband speeds. If you are on EDGE network, your speed will drop down significantly.

Q: Do I need to make a long term commitment?
A: No. you can discontinue any alloFactor product subscription at any time.

Q: Are you HIPAA compliant?
A: Yes. When you register alloFactor, we are automatically setup as a business associate of the covered entity (your clinic) under the privacy standards set forth by HIPAA regulations.

Q: Do you have a mobile solution for non-iPhone users?
A: No, we do not at this time. Other competing platforms are evolving and we will target those platforms as they continue to become more prominent.
